Highlights: Scott James founded PHP in 1993, and legally
incorporated in 1994. David Mast joined as President and 50%

In 2002 PHP opened Precision Heliparts Canada, Inc., and in 2003 PHP’s
Repair Station was certificated. In late 2004, the company formed
the Precision Aviation Group by acquiring Precision Avionics &
Instruments. PAG has 75 full time employees and maintains 2 Distribution/Service facilities in Atlanta, GA and Vancouver, BC. The combined facilities have over 37,000 square feet of office/warehouse and shop space. They have 18 full time sales people and 32 Technicians in their 2 - FAA Repair Stations. In 2005, the Repair Station’s serviced over 12,000 parts producing over 78,000 billable man-hours of labor.
